Duties and responsibilities
The Candidate is required to perform the following duties :
- Managing a team of 15 to 20 data entry operators
- Achievement of daily target of data entry set for the team
- Reporting and MIS Preparation
- Regular communication with the clients
- Sourcing of Man power for data entry job
- Effective Team management
- Providing technical support for data entry projects
Skill Sets and knowledge base
The candidate must have the following skill sets/Knowledge
- Proficiency in Data entry operation
- Profound Knowledge on MS EXCEL and advanced MS EXCEL
- Knowledge on SQL SERVER and MS ACCESS
Experience Level
The required experience for this profile is 3 to 5 years
